Our fee is only applicable if you chose a candidate we present. This is a one-time charge based on the employee’s first year salary. If you do not choose a candidate presented by Target Professionals, there is no fee applicable.

Only qualified candidates, based on your criteria, will be presented. You won’t spend time wading through inappropriate or unqualified resumes. Our assessment of each candidate will be given to aide in your decision.

Ethical Standards
We treat your business and each candidate with respect. We don’t cold call potential candidates from your business. Only candidates in our database or who have responded via advertisements or industry contacts are approached. We maintain strict confidentiality with both clients and candidates.

Service Guarantee
We offer a generous six-month guarantee with each placement. If for any reason, a candidate of Target Professionals leaves your employ within the first 6 months, we immediately begin a one-time replacement search.
