Our Recruitment Process:

Your specific recruitment needs are discussed in detail. We begin each recruitment process by researching your organization and asking you questions about its culture and future looking plans. We also request a job description and other information specific to your hiring needs that may be of assistance in finding the best candidate.

We first search the position in our active and semi-active databases, advertisement responses and industry contacts. Next, we prescreen and qualify candidates based on your requirements. Following interviews, we then determine which candidates qualify for your review. You receive their resume and the recruiter’s assessment for each candidate. We will facilitate your interview process and personality testing of candidates presented.  We then provide references of candidates you have shortlisted and we will assist in any offer negotiations.  Should you be interested in industry salary information, job descriptions or other recruitment resources, we will be glad to assist you. It is our standard procedure to follow up by phone with both client and candidate following each placement.
